WHO WE ARE

FROM 2004 TO TODAY

In 2004, several families came together to form an organization that would be devoted to providing opportunities for youth with disabilities as they transitioned into adulthood. Today our professional staff has been given the unique and privileged responsibility of caring for youth and adults with disabilities at BRIDGE. We strive to demonstrate the qualities that are essential for helping people grow strong in mind, body, and spirit.
