BRIDGE is a non-profit organization, providing community based life skills training, employment services and social and recreational programs for youth and adults with disabilities. Located in Hudson, Wisconsin we proudly serve individuals in the St. Croix River Valley. We invite you to tour our website and explore all the opportunities BRIDGE offers for youth and adults with disabilities.

In 2004, several families came together to form an organization that would be devoted to providing opportunities for youth with disabilities as they transitioned into adulthood. Today our professional staff has been given the unique and privileged responsibility of caring for youth and adults with disabilities at BRIDGE. We strive to demonstrate the qualities that are essential for helping people grow strong in mind, body, and spirit.

BRIDGE for Community Life works with youth and adults managing disabilities to help them realize for themselves and to be seen as community assets … individuals to be nurtured and developed so they can become welcome, productive and engaged citizens within the community.
Helping clients identify individual strengths and develop independence is a fundamental principle of BRIDGE.
We promote a healthy lifestyle, wellness choices and fitness habits, all which improves client mobility.
BRIDGE Employment Services assists clients in securing and maintaining jobs in the area.
Clients learn to establish connections with the people they live around and work with daily.
BRIDGE places an emphasis on giving back providing opportunities for clients to volunteer within the community.
Clients of BRIDGE have the opportunity to explore the arts and the cultures of the St. Croix River Valley.
