3:00pm-4:00pm Pick ups

4:00pm-4:30pm Travel to the Fairgrounds

4:30pm-6:00pm Enjoy the fair

6:00pm-7:00pm Eat

7:00pm-7:30pm Enjoy the fair some more!

7:45pm-8:00pm Travel back to the Hudson area

8:00pm-9:00pm Drop offs
