BRIDGE is a non-profit organization, providing community-based life skills training, employment services and social and recreational programs for youth and adults with disabilities. Located in Hudson, Wisconsin we proudly serve individuals in the St. Croix River Valley. We invite you to tour our website and explore all the opportunities BRIDGE offers for youth and adults with disabilities.

Come See Santa provides a stress-free environment to meet Santa, along with festive games and refreshments.
Dances take place in a fun environment for music, dancing, and refreshments with friends.
Parades give an opportunity to ride the BRIDGE Bus or walk along side it through historic Hudson and River Falls.
Our partner company BRIDGE To Home Services provides provides 1:1 safe and essential care for youth and adults with disabilities in their homes with availability on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Virtual Services offers 1-hour classes Monday through Friday via Zoom Meetings. Sessions are offered throughout the week to accommodate your schedule and class topics are driven by participants’ interests.
BRIDGE collaborates with school, county and community agencies in providing lifelong learning opportunities for youth and others with disabilities.
Youth and adults with disabilities will be seen as community assets to be nurtured and developed so that they can become welcome, productive and engaged citizens in the community.
Helping clients identify individual strengths and develop independence is a fundamental principle of BRIDGE.
We promote a healthy lifestyle, wellness choices and fitness habits, all which improves client mobility.
Clients learn to establish connections with the people they live around and work with daily.
BRIDGE places an emphasis on giving back providing opportunities for clients to volunteer within the community.
Clients of BRIDGE have the opportunity to explore the arts and the cultures of the St. Croix River Valley.
