DESCRIPTION:UPDATE: The North Hudson Pepper Fest Parade will be DELAYED by 30 minutes. The new parade start time is 11:30 AM. \nPlease by at the BRIDGE Line Up Location (#7 on RIGHT side of Lemon Street) no later than 11:15 a.m. today! \n\n\nIt’s Pepper Fest Time! Join BRIDGE in the Pepper Fest Parade as walkers or riders on the BRIDGE bus.\n\n\nUPDATE – BRIDGE is #7 in the Line Up. Look for the BRIDGE Bus on the RIGHT (west) side of Lemon Street.\n\nPlease stay tuned to the BRIDGE Facebook page and website for any weather or line-up related changes!\n\n\nDate: SATURDAY\, AUGUST 16thTimeframe: Approx. 10:30 – 1:00 p.m.No RSVP needed. Just Show Up!\n\nWHO CAN PARTICIPATE:All BRIDGE Staff\, Clients\, Friends & Families and anyone else who would like to join!\nIMPORTANT – All participants with disabilities must have a buddy at least 18 years old join them in the parade.\n\nWHEN:Saturday\, August 16th – Meet at the BRIDGE Line Up Location NO LATER than 10:45 a.m.\nThe BRIDGE Line Up Location will be announced around Friday\, August 15th on the BRIDGE Facebook Page.\nYou can also check the Pepper Fest website: www.pepperfest.org/schedule/pepper-fest-grand-parade\n\nWHERE:The Parade begins at 11:00 a.m. at the intersection of 8th Street & Michaelson Street in North Hudson.\nCheck www.pepperfest.org/ for more information.\n\nWHAT TO BRING:Wear your green BRIDGE T-shirt! A free T-shirt will be given to those with disabilities who do not have one.\nT-shirts are $15.00 for all others and are available in sizes SM- 3XL.\nWear Sunscreen & comfy walking shoes. Be sure to bring a water bottle!\n\nDURING PARADE:You will have the option to ride on the BRIDGE bus (limited seating is available) or walk during the parade. Walkers may hand out candy if they would like to.\n\nAFTER PARADE (Please Read!):The BRIDGE Bus cannot stop until it reaches the designated Tear Down Location on Monroe St. N.\n\nParticipants that are walking may choose to depart at any time from the parade route OR continue with the BRIDGE Bus to the Tear Down location and then from there walk back to your vehicle.\n\nBRIDGE will not be able to shuttle participants back to the line-up location due to closed roads during the Pepper Fest parade. Please plan your parking spot accordingly.
