DESCRIPTION:Join BRIDGE for a fun afternoon to dress up in Halloween costumes\, hang out with friends and family\, enjoy dancing to great music\, snack on delicious treats\, win awesome prizes\, and raise pledges in support of BRIDGE For Community Life! \nAll Ghosts & Ghouls are Welcome:\nEveryone is invited to join in some fall festive fun! \nGuests with disabilities MUST attend with a chaperone 18 years old or older.\nCaregivers are welcome to raise pledges. \nAll participants are encouraged to dress up in your favorite costume\, we’ll even have a costume contest with prizes!\nFamily Friendly costumes please! \nFundraising Goal:\nRaise a total of $25.00 per attendee.\nThese pledges help support BRIDGE programs like Day Services\, Virtual Services\, BRIDGE To Home Services\, and more. \nReach out to friends\, family\, & community members and let them know you’re raising pledges for BRIDGE!\nRecord your donations on this pledge sheet and turn in when you arrive at the dance. \nWhen Does the Party Start?\nDate: Saturday\, October 19th\, Time: 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. \n“Witch” Way to the Dance?\nLocation: The First Presbyterian Church – 1901 Vine Street\, Hudson\, WI \n  \nWIN GREAT PRIZES!\nThe BRIDGE Fall Dance & Fundraiser has many chances for you to win great prizes: \n-All attendees with disabilities will get a Goodie Bag! \n-Prize for the Top Fundraiser \n-Prizes for Best Costumes (3 prizes) \n-Fall-Themed Art Contest (3 prizes)\nYour Attendee can decorate a Pumpkin image either at home or at the dance. Bring your image\nto the dance. Download the image here: Decorate this Pumpkin Sheet\n 3 will be chosen to win a prize! \n-The Pumpkin Pick Raffle Draw (6 prizes)\nEach attendee’s name will go into the Great Pumpkin. Every 15 minutes\, a BRIDGE staff will draw an attendee name.\nIf your name is drawn\, you’ll win a prize!
